The short version
aioguide sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, has no forms and loads no fonts, scripts or images from other companies. The only personal data processed is what any web server sees when it delivers a page.

Hosting and server logs
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. To deliver pages and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare processes your IP address, the requested page, the time, your browser's user agent and the referring page. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: the operator's legitimate interest in a secure, working website. Cloudflare acts as a processor under its data processing agreement, which includes the EU standard contractual clauses for transfers to the USA. Details: Cloudflare privacy policy.

Links to promptrow.com carry a campaign tag (for example utm_source=aioguide) so PromptRow can see that a visit came from aioguide. Nothing is sent until you click, and the tag does not identify you. PromptRow's own privacy notice applies on its site.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You may also complain to a supervisory authority, for example the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
